Sony Xperia SP was earlier known by its codename HuaShan.

Design

The body of the phone is thin and it is also light in weight as compared to that of previous Sony Xperia phones,But to put the phone in the pocket is difficult due to its large screen size.

The navigation buttons are present on screen,On the left side microSD jack and microUSB jack are present which are covered by plastic plugs.
microSD card support upto 128GB and internal memory is 16GB















On the right side of phone Power button,Volume control buttons and microSIM card jack is present
While on the top of phone,the headphone jack is present.
The back of phone seems to be made of plastic with a shiny glass-looking coat on top of it,but it looks like premium

The Device was running android 4.1.2,but the final version may comes with 4.2
There are some new additions in this phone,when the phone is in lock mode,you can quickly start the camera applications or walkman(Not traditional Android music player)

The russian website also said that there is overheating problem in phone.The phone becomes overheated while using the camera application.When watching 1080p videos on phone,the phone catches heat and it becomes impossible to hold the phone in your hands

Battery:

The phone comes with 2330mAh battery which is very disappointing because screen consume a lot of energy. Even surfing the Web makes the batteries run down quickly, it is very difficult to expect in this case, the phone worked all day

Innolux expected to Challenge the monopoly of Japanese and Korean Firms By Mass Production of 5-Inch Full HD 443pi Displays

Innolux Corporation,the largest LCD maker in Taiwan has reported to mass produce the 5 inch Full HD 443ppi panels in Q1 2013.

Currently the 5 inch Full HD handset panels are only developed by japanese and Korean Firms.
Till date, only three handsets are released which were using 5 Inch Full HD display.

1)HTC Butterfly aka Droid DNA using 5 inch Full HD display supplied by Japan Display Incorporation
2)Sharp Aquos SH930W uses its own in-house 5 inch Full HD panel
3)Oppo Find 5 using 5 inch Full HD display supplied by Sharp

While there were rumors in the market that LG,Samsung and Sony are also launched their Full HD Handsets in the first half of  2013.
Samsung and LG are already working on Full HD panels and they will use their in-house Full HD panels in their upcoming Flagships,while Sony mobile will use the panel developed by JDI,due to its take in JDI.

Sony Mobile to leave Korean Market Next Year

According to the Korean Media,Sony Mobile will follow the steps of HTC and Motorola Mobility and shut down its operations in Korean Mobile Market by the end of year.

Currently Sony Mobile Korea and Sony Korea both are independent entities,but due to the poor sales of smartphone Sony mobile will integrate with Sony Korea.

There is no information how many employees are losing their jobs during merger.

In the online stores of LG U+,SK Telecom and KT,only one non-Korean mobile phone still being sold which is by apple.This shows the condition of Foreign manufacturers in Korean Market.

Korean Manufactures Samsung lg and pantech currently make up over 90 percent of the Korean mobile market

The world's largest seller of smartphones Samsung is also at top in Korean market,followed by the LG Mobile and Pantech. While apple is at number fourth in terms of sales in Korea.
