The parts which were leaked are:

1) Sim Card tray

 In this photo the sim card tray is almost same as that of iphone 5,except the color

2)Vibrator

 In this the vibrator in iphone 5s is different from that of previous iphones,as in this a cable is attached with iphone 5S

3) cable of Volume Button

 The volume cable in iphone 5s is different from that of iphone 5 and iphone 4

4) Cable on the camera
