Rumor:iPad Mini2 release date Postponed to 2014 Due to Shortage of retina Display

According to Sources From taiwan,the release date of iPad mini will be postponed to the first quarter of 2014 due to the shortage of supply of retina displays for device.It is earlier expected to be launched in last quarter of 2013.

The shortage of retina display is due to thinness of iPad mini 2 which is expected to be thinner than iPhone 5 and to fit more than 3 million pixels in 7-8 inch display is very tough task for companies.The other factor which effects is the cost of production of retina display for 7-8 inch screen size is high

If iPad mini 2 comes with retina display,then it is huge upgrade as iPad mini has display resolution of 1024*768 and pixel density of 163ppi and in retina display there is 2048*1536 resolution with pixel density of 324ppi

There are also rumors that that iPad mini 2 may comes with two variants.One with retina display and other with Normal display

According to the files,iPad 5 trial production with serial number DLXKN00EFJKG has entered its final stage and the warranty deadline is June 27,2014

According to the previous news the appearance of iPad 5 is similar as that of iPad mini and will be 15% thinner 25-33% lighter than previous iPad.The thinnest is due to the use of only one LED BAR instead of two in iPad 4
