From the images it is also cleared that looks of device is almost similar to Nexus 4

According to images the specifications of XT1058 are:

2. 2GB RAM
3. 16GB internal storage
4. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
5. screen resolution of 720*1184 with rumored 4.7 inch display
6. 10Mpx camera with rumored clear pixel technology

There are also rumors that device will be available in various materials and colours like wooden,ceramic,plastic and metals.

Motorola Droid Ultra(XT1080) Actual Image has been leaked

Actual image of Motorola Droid Ultra(XT1080) has been leaked and the most important think which is to notice is the new Motorola Logo on Top left corner of the phone

It is expected to be the Prototype model as on bezel there is written Motorola Confidential Property,So there may be some changes in final model

The model is expected to be introduced For Verizon United States along with other two models having Official name and model number are:
Motorola Droid Maxx(XT1080Max) is expected to be same as Droid Ultra,the only Major difference is of larger battery
